What Youโll Do:
- Monitor payment performance (approvals/declines, reasons for failure).
- Work with PSPs and aggregators.
- Optimize routing and conversions.
- Reconcile reports, manage balances.
- Support fraud detection and chargeback reduction.
- Analyze conversion metrics.
Collaborate with tech and support and risk teams.
What We Expect:
- 1โ2 years in payments (iGaming/FinTech/eComm a plus).
- Experience with PSPs, banks, reconciliation, and analytics.
- Knowledge of fraud, chargebacks, and payment flows.
- BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Strong Excel skills.
- English: B1+ (able to write/read/respond).
Bonus: Familiar with UPI, PayTM, PhonePe, GPay, Netbanking, Tier-3 markets.
