IT Project Manager (Outsource)

We're on the lookout for a Project Manager who loves structure but thrives in creative, digital environments. If you’ve got a solid background managing WP, CRM, Shopify projects and know how to balance people, process, and performance - we'd love to talk ;)

What You’ll Do:

• Work directly with clients to gather and clarify project requirements
• Coordinate teams and timelines across design, development, and QA
• Identify and secure the right resources to meet project goals
• Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks
• Communicate updates, expectations, and deliverables across all levels
• Ensure smooth transitions from development to implementation

• Be the go-to person for questions, blockers, and client feedback

   

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager (WordPress, Shopify, or e-commerce projects)
• Strong English skills (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict management abilities
• Organizational wizard with multitasking superpowers
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Confident in handling all project phases from start to finish

   

Would be a plus:

• Background in QA or Development
