Operations and Support Specialist (offline)

Customer specializes in software and services development for communications, media and financial services providers and digital enterprises. The company develops a billing software system, customer-relationship management system and operations support system mostly for telecom industry. Among company's top clients — Sprint-Nextel, Vodafone, Verizon, SBC and others.
The person we are looking for (the Operational site manager) should be a very Junior person with IT HW/SF knowledge who can assist the team to resolve these issues along with the other roles I defined:

The Job Description of such person should be:
Onsite 100%;
Operational Support- point of escalation (non-Technical issues);
Administrative Assistance/office operational support;
IT support in front of our IT team- coordinate issues.
Requirements:
Engineering education or relevant;
Experience in IT support is highly preferable.
