This role is about much more than just calls. It's about providing real support to players with deposit issues, reactivating inactive users, and delivering top-notch consultations over the phone. Youβll also be responsible for efficient SMS communication, helping players stay engaged and informed.
π Your daily adventures
- Making outgoing calls based on assigned tasks and scripts;
- Reaching out to users from the reactivation segment and helping them get back on track.
- Assisting users with their requests and guiding them through simple fixes;
- Providing first-line support and solving minor user requests directly;
- Recording call outcomes and updating daily reports in the approved format;
- Participating in daily meetings and reviewing performance indicators with the team.

- Great communication and active listening skills;
- Previous customer service/call center experience is a plus (but not required!);
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn;
