Role Overview:

We're looking for a data-savvy Product Analyst to join our growing cashback platform. Your mission: help the team make smarter product decisions through clear insights, user behavior analysis, and validation of hypotheses. You'll work closely with the Product Owner and dev team to translate real user data into measurable impact.

 

This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to grow in product analytics, support A/B testing, build funnels, and actively influence what gets built — not just deliver reports.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build user behavior funnels and monitor key points of friction
  • Design and support A/B tests, including hypothesis framing and success criteria
  • Track retention, user activity, and product adoption patterns
  • Analyze behavior of early users and identify insights for product growth
  • Visualize key product metrics (activation, conversion, retention, churn, etc.) and report trends clearly
  • Write SQL queries to extract relevant data for product questions
  • Formulate clear, testable product hypotheses — and define what will confirm or disprove them
  • Detect missing or incomplete data needed for confident decisions
  • Validate or refute product hypotheses based on available data
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner and dev team to embed analytics in decision-making
  • Take initiative in identifying product problems or opportunities hidden in data
  • Contribute to data-informed product decisions — not just “generate reports”

 

Tech stack:

  • Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager
  • Amplitude (primary product analytics tool)
  • UTM tracking, event tagging
  • Hotjar / FullStory (session recording tools)
  • FingerprintJS (nice to have)
  • Tableau, Google Looker Studio or similar BI tools
  • Basic SQL (querying and reading datasets)
  • Bonus: familiarity with Firebase, Mixpanel, BigQuery

 

Qualifications:

  • Can interpret user behavior from data — not just show metrics
  • Know how to support product experiments and validate ideas
  • Are comfortable collaborating with developers & product owners
  • Proactively spot anomalies, suggest improvements, and care about impact
  • Have a business mindset and want to grow as a product-facing analyst

 

Nice to Have:

  • Experience launching or analyzing A/B tests
  • Understanding of retention, activation, feature adoption
  • Product curiosity and drive to contribute to growth
