About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Python Developer with hands-on expertise in Generative AI technologies to join the Value Added Services (VAS) Dispute Management Solutions team. 

Technical Requirements:

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years of backend development, building scalable services and APIs, with a strong focus on distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
• 3+ years writing clean, efficient, maintainable code for data-intensive, large-scale applications.
• 1+ year of hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies (LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, fine-tuning, or RAG pipelines).
• Expertise in Python (preferred), Java, or Scala with a solid understanding of software design principles, testing, and version control (Git).
• Strong background in backend engineering using Python, C#, or Java.
• Experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) in secure, low-latency environments.
• Practical experience or strong interest in Generative AI/agentic AI systems, LLM integrations (OpenAI, Claude), and tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, Copilot, vector databases.
• Familiarity with AI development environments and modern tools like Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in prompt engineering, embeddings, or AI-enabled toolchains is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and implement backend systems supporting Generative AI workflows and services.
• Develop microservices and APIs integrating GenAI models, vector databases, and frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph.
• Build scalable, production-ready infrastructure for LLM deployment and AI pipeline orchestration.
• Create and manage robust data pipelines for GenAI use cases including prompt processing and model feedback loops.
• Contribute to architectural improvements for GenAI systems focusing on performance and modularity.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to develop modular components for agent-based workflows (Intent Resolvers, Tool Agents, LLM Gateways).
• Debug, profile, and optimize GenAI applications, ensuring efficient prompt execution and model inference.
• Write and maintain comprehensive technical documentation covering system architecture, deployment processes, and operational best practices.

Location Requirements:

• Candidates must be located in Poland and remain based there for the entire duration of the contract.
• Working from outside Poland is strictly prohibited.
