Data Engineer (Middle Level)

Experience Level: Middle to Senior
Employment Type: Full-time

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Engineer or Data Scientist to join our team. You will be working on complex data processing tasks, developing algorithms for data extrapolation, and building robust data infrastructures.
 
Requirements:
 

• Solid understanding of relational database design principles.
• Strong knowledge of ANSI SQL, including CTEs and window functions.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python or R.
• Analytical mindset with a desire to delve into complex data processing and extrapolation challenges.
• Strong teamwork skills and stress resilience.
• Goal-oriented and result-driven approach.
   

Preferred Qualifications:
 

• Familiarity with cloud storage systems.
• Experience developing distributed systems.
• In-depth knowledge and experience with writing advanced PostgreSQL procedures.
   

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Design data structures and schemas.
• Develop procedures and modules for data ingestion from various sources using SQL and Python/R.
• Contribute to the development of data processing algorithms.
• Program data extrapolation algorithms.
