Wireless Network Engineer (WLAN/WiFi/RF) Offline

We're hiring a WiFi/WLAN expert to design and deploy wireless network solutions for major clients across industries like healthcare, manufacturing, and finance. This role involves frequent collaboration, occasional travel, and strong client-facing skills.

Responsibilities:

• Create and validate HLD/LLD documentation for wireless solutions.
• Conduct RF surveys using tools like Ekahau or AirMagnet.
• Design and optimize wireless networks (WLCs, APs, mobility).
• Lead wireless audits and performance assessments.
• Mentor junior engineers and deliver internal knowledge transfers.
• Travel within EMEA (up to 40%).

Requirements:

• 8–10 years in wireless and networking domains.
• Solid experience with large-scale wireless deployments.
• Experience in WiFi RF tools (Ekahau, Hamina, etc.).
• CCIE Wireless or CWNP preferred.
• Fluent English; business-level French required.
