  We are looking for a Junior AI Automation Developer to build custom workflows for sales, HubSpot, marketing, research, analytics, web data scraping, and internal process automation. You'll be implementing clear tasks in tools like n8n and Make, working closely with the team that defines the logic.
   

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automation workflows in n8n, Make, and similar platforms.
• Build integrations between CRM (HubSpot), marketing tools, research data sources, and internal systems.
• Implement web data scraping and data structuring solutions.
• Collaborate with the team to transform business needs into automated processes.
• Monitor and troubleshoot existing workflows to ensure stability and performance.
• Document workflows and processes for internal use.

Requirements:

• 6+ months of experience with no-code/low-code automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier or similar).
• Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data flows between systems.
• Strong interest in AI-powered automation, data structuring, and workflow optimisation.
• Experience with web scraping (any tools or languages — e.g. Python, Puppeteer, Playwright — will be a plus).
• Basic understanding of CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) is a plus.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• English — Intermediate level or higher (for reading documentation and communication inside the team).
• Willingness to work full-time.
