Marketing manager

We are AnexBaby.com, a baby stroller brand, looking for a marketing manager to join our team! If you are creative, proactive, and results-oriented, come and be part of our energetic team!

Responsibilities:

• Collaboration with country managers in Poland.

• Cooperation with partners: sending prepared texts and graphics, creating content for special events.

• Generating ideas for fairs and open days, as well as participating in events on the Polish market.

• Market and competitor analysis, development of comprehensive marketing strategies for the Polish market.

• Text translation.

• Social media management for the Polish market (currently Facebook), including preparing briefs for graphic designers, copywriting and publishing, and responding to private messages.

• Collaboration with the digital marketing specialist on online advertising.

• Searching for UGC creators and influencers, communicating with them, and preparing briefs.

• Content creation (idea generation, photo and video shooting, editing) not only for the Polish market but also for Anex’s global activities.

• POSM project management (communication with country managers, partners, designers, graphic designers, and the accounting team).

• Preparing materials for the launch of new Anex products.

• Implementing ideas for offline and online marketing activities, including PR, event organization, and other forms of collaboration.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience as a marketing manager.
• Strong skills in content creation — including concept development, copywriting, basic photo and video production, and editing
• Experience in organizing events.
• Familiarity with POSM development and coordination (materials for in-store marketing).
• Excellent writing and editing skills in Polish.
• English and Polish proficiency of at least C1 level.
