You will craft high-impact prompts for AI models (like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini) to create custom AI coaches, LinkedIn sales assistants, and other conversational bots.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, refine, and test structured prompts for AI chatbots and assistants.
- Optimize AI responses for tone, persuasion, and conversion effectiveness.
- Collaborate with domain experts and developers.
- Conduct A/B testing on different prompt variations to maximize performance.
- Stay updated on AI advancements and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ensure prompts comply with ethical AI guidelines (avoiding bias, misinformation, or harmful outputs).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in prompt engineering (portfolio or examples preferred).
- Strong understanding of LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and their limitations.
- Analytical mindset for testing and optimizing AI responses.
- Excellent written communication skills for tone calibration.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Basic knowledge of APIs, Python, or no-code automation (Zapier, Integromat).
- Experience with fine-tuning or RAG.
- Knowledge of ethical AI and compliance.
