We're Hiring: Business Analyst

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile (Scrum) methodologies
  • Experience working with client-server architecture and web development principles
  • Confident in using techniques for requirements elicitation (interviews, surveys, focus groups, workshops)
  • Hands-on experience with BA tools and frameworks
  • Strong documentation skills: ability to write SRS, user stories, use cases,  acceptances criteria (Gherkin/rule-based)
  • Experience with various types of diagrams:
  • Process and behavior diagrams – BPMN, user flow, activity diagrams
  • Interaction diagrams – sequence diagrams, use case diagrams
  • System modeling – context diagrams, data flow diagrams (DFD)
  • Ability to define business goals and problems using structured approaches (e.g., Problem Definition Canvas)
  • English: Upper-Intermediate or higher

     

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and prioritize business and technical requirements
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation: SRS, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria (Gherkin/rule-based)
  • Visualize processes through diagrams (user flows, BPMN, Activity/Sequence diagrams)
  • Participate in discovery phases, brainstorming, and solution design
  • Work closely with Product Owners, Designers, and Developers to ensure clear understanding and alignment
  • Conduct backlog grooming, support sprint planning, and participate in retrospectives
  • Use tools like Jira and Confluence to manage requirements and project assets
