Our global-scale operations are based on strong internal expertise, analytics, and data research. We have expertise in iGaming operations (sports betting, online casino), digital and affiliate marketing, tech solutions, and data analytics.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team.

We seek a Business Development Manager with strong experience in driving growth and building strategic partnerships. You will identify new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and contribute to revenue expansion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support go-to-market strategies and achieve company goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a PR strategy to attract new partners and increase brand awareness.
• Research and evaluate potential partner acquisition channels, assessing their effectiveness.
• Identify and engage new partners for long-term, mutually beneficial collaborations.
• Manage and maintain current partner acquisition and brand awareness channels, including social media platforms.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in business development or PR within affiliate marketing.
• Experience in the gambling industry is preferred but not required.
• English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
• Participation in international conferences is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Experience managing social media accounts.
• Understanding of key partner acquisition channels beyond social media and conferences.
• Basic knowledge of traffic sources, marketing funnels, monetization methods, and traffic quality evaluation.

• Native Ukrainian is required
