Job Description
As an SMM sales representative, you are an expert in online sales strategies and the various platforms used to conduct digital sales or conversions on a website. You are passionate about attracting and converting prospects into leads
Responsibilities:
1. Create selling tests of adverts and update it regularly
2. Post adverts of goods sales
3. Process advert responses by phone and email
4. Arrange viewing appointments
5. Find new advertising platforms
6. Search and analyze information on potential customers and markets
7. Execute ad campaigns on search engines and other websites
8. Measure, and analyze and optimize marketing campaigns performance
9. Develop SMM promotion strategy
10. Promote the company in SMM
11. Analyze data and use the findings to improve strategies
Qualifications
An ideal candidate has proven countable results in their previous experience. They know what to do and generate creative ideas.
1. Portfolio of 4-7 successful SMM projects
2. Understanding of sales psychology
3. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment,
4. Solid communication skills
5. Excellent organization and documentation skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
6. Strong English + Russian
Would be a plus:
- Knowledge of Digital marketing; the marketing-related creative process
- Basic knowledge of Polish
