Head of Product

We are seeking an experienced Head of Product to drive strategic growth and optimization of our multi-brand portfolio in the iGaming industry. This role requires a data-driven leader who can manage complex product ecosystems while collaborating across multiple departments to deliver exceptional user experiences and business results.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Strategic brands management

  • Develop and implement brands growth strategies for the affiliate program.
  • Analyze market competition and identify growth opportunities.
  • Optimize brands user experience (UX/UI).
  • Introduce new features, automate processes, and enhance products performance.

Collaboration with the Marketing Department

  • Develop attractive offers and bonus structures for partners (exclusive bonuses/events).
  • Monitor partner performance and segment them based on efficiency.
  • Optimize the product for efficient traffic acquisition across different channels.

Analytics and Performance Control

  • Track key metrics (LTV, ARPPU, GRR, Dep Sum, churn rate, etc.).
  • Work with PBI reports to identify bottlenecks in the product.
  • Analyze traffic sources and player behavioral patterns.
  • Conduct daily KPI analysis, detect anomalies, and resolve them.
  • Collaborate with the analytics team to create dashboards and reports for product insights.

Internal Team Collaboration & Product Team Management

  • Work closely with marketing, design, retention, legal, development, finance, and support

teams.

  • Define tasks for designers and developers (API integrations, UI improvements).
  • Analyze and optimize payment solutions.
  • Develop and improve internal product department workflows and cross-team interactions.
  • Prioritize tasks for the development and product teams.

Compliance & Security

  • Ensure brand compliance with legal department requirements under available licenses.
  • Monitor traffic quality and gaming activity.

Innovation & Scaling

  • Improve the efficiency of new traffic acquisition channels.
  • Ensure timely launches of new brands and features.
  • Develop strategies for maintaining and growing existing brands.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

  • 5+ years product management with 3+ years in iGaming
  • Strong UX/UI and conversion optimization knowledge
  • Expertise in gaming metrics (LTV, ARPPU, GRR, churn rates etc.)
  • Proven cross-functional team leadership experience
  • Strategic thinker with execution focus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, multi-brand environment
