Middle Retention Manager

Responsibilities

  • Following the marketing content plan: checking planned activities, coordination, launching;
  • Sending mailings: email, Telegram, SMS, push, in-app, pop-ups - according to ready-made templates or with modification;
  • Basic analytics: tracking of mailing efficiency metrics (CTR, Open Rate, Conversion, Unsub, etc.);
  • Bonus creation: preparing and launching bonus campaigns in CRM / admin;
  • Letter/message layout: HTML/image edits/adaptation to dark theme;
  • Working with webhooks: connecting events, setting up triggers and automations;
  • Working with notifications on the site;
  • Working with Liquid: writing basic conditions, loops, setting variables.

     

Requirements

  • Minimal understanding of how mailings, triggers, bonuses, marketing chains work;
  • Attention to detail is critical
  • Basic knowledge of HTML (email layout);
  • Willingness to understand Liquid, webhooks, simple API integrations;
  • Ability to work to a clear plan, but also keep dozens of small tasks in mind;
  • Communication skills: discussing ideas, checking texts and logic before launching;
  • Experience with castomer, or similar systems is highly desirable.
