We are seeking a proactive CRM Manager to join our growing marketing team. This role focuses on the full-cycle execution of CRM campaigns, including segmentation, communication flows, bonus support, and cross-department collaboration. If you’re detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced with marketing automation tools — we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

1. CRM Campaign Support & Execution

• Prepare and launch email, push, and SMS campaigns via Customer.io and Smartico
• Build and update automated communication flows
• Segment user base by campaign logic, triggers, and behavior
• Support bonus promotions: validate bonus rules, prepare offers and communications
• Collaborate with copywriters and designers to create messaging content
• Coordinate campaign announcements and social media posts
• Monitor campaign results via Google Sheets and internal reports

2. Cross-team Collaboration & Task Management

• Use ClickUp and Jira to manage tasks: creation, tracking, and status updates
• Collect requirements from marketing, product, VIP, and support departments
• Participate in planning meetings for campaigns and bonus activities
• Ensure readiness of assets from design and content teams

3. Analytics and Reporting

• Maintain internal CRM data in Google Sheets

• Conduct initial performance analysis and provide improvement suggestions (with Senior CRM)
