Desired Skills and Experience
— Passion for technologies, startups, business digitalization
— 2+ years of experience in IT sales or customer-oriented related role
— Bachelor’s Degree
— Good understanding of Agile SDLC
— End-to-end understanding of different financial outsourcing models (T&M, Fixed Price)
— Advanced in English
— A desire to establish a career in the new company, to be in the very beginning of the great challenge
— Excellent language, writing, communication and presentation skills to effectively explain a solution to a customer’s problems
— Detailed, organized and results-oriented

Primary responsibilities
— Manage the conversion through cold lead qualification to achieve sales targets
— Develop new business opportunities via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Rocket Reach, Reply.io, Woodpecker.co, etc.
— Bring a consultative approach to the sales pitch to fully understand client needs and challenges
— Maintain a CRM database of contacts for current and future prospects
— Effectively manage pipeline/opportunities and report back to management with accurate sales forecasts
— Achieve and exceed quarterly revenue quota
— Project kick-off jointly with a dedicated project manager
