Senior Product Manager to $7000

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to join our team and work on behalf of our client, TidalHaus — a dynamic US-based startup developing cutting-edge solutions for the construction industry.

TidalHaus is the creator of TruScope, an innovative product that uses AR technology to revolutionize how construction professionals interact with project data, designs, and real-world environments. The focus is on delivering practical, intuitive tools that integrate smoothly into the daily workflows of end users.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define, refine, and execute a high-impact roadmap. Prioritize features and technical investments that drive revenue and customer value.
• Lead analysis of customer feedback, industry trends, and competitor offerings. Identify gaps and craft features that set TruScope apart.
• Coordinate engineering, UX/UI, data science, QA, and DevOps. Remove blockers, enforce agile best practices, and accelerate delivery.
• Design and run interviews, field studies, and usage analytics. Turn insights into product improvements that boost adoption and reduce churn.
• Create value propositions, sales tools, and launch collateral. Work with marketing and sales to hit adoption and pipeline goals.
• Set and track metrics (engagement, trial-to-paid conversion, ARR, NPS). Use A/B tests and cohort analysis to validate ideas and optimize features.
• Own the full development cycle: requirements, UAT planning, beta programs, launch, and post-release fixes.
   

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG:

• 8+ years in product management, including 5+ in B2B SaaS or construction tech
• Hands-on with mobile products in heavy-industry settings
• Ability to synthesize market data and business goals into clear strategies
• Expert with analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel) and A/B testing
• Deep knowledge of cloud, microservices, mobile SDKs, and AR platforms
• Agile/Scrum expert
• Bias toward action and independent decision-making
• Passion for field-ready solutions that solve real construction challenges

WILL BE A PLUS:

• PMP, CSPO, or similar certifications
• Experience integrating with ERP, PMIS, or financial systems
• Expertise in mobile-first UX and offline-first architectures
• Existing network with general contractors or specialty subs
• International construction market exposure
