We’re looking for a Junior LinkedIn SMM to help us grow and engage our audience on LinkedIn. If you have a passion for content, a growth mindset, and want to work in the fast-paced world of B2B SaaS — let’s talk!

You’ll be working closely with the marketing, sales, and growth teams to build our LinkedIn presence, create engaging posts, and experiment with new content formats. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s early in their marketing journey but eager to learn, execute fast, and make a real impact.

🎯 What you’ll do:

• Manage LinkedIn accounts for the company and team members
• Create engaging content and write posts that resonate with a B2B audience
• Interact with followers in the comments and build relationships
• Collaborate with growth, marketing, and sales teams to align content with business goals
• Follow industry leaders in B2B sales and tech to stay on top of trends
• Take initiative to optimize and improve our LinkedIn processes
• Track performance, report on KPIs, and suggest new ideas to improve engagement

🧩 Requirements:

• 6+ months in a marketing, sales, SDR, or SMM-related role, or a strong desire to learn and grow in this direction
• Upper-intermediate or fluent English (written and spoken)
• Ambitious and curious, you’re not afraid to test new tools and tactics
• Doer mindset with strong attention to detail and execution
• Punctual, reliable, and professional communication style

🚀 Will be a plus:

• Experience creating and growing a LinkedIn audience from scratch
• Familiarity with ChatGPT or other AI tools
• Background in B2B sales or SaaS
• Startup mentality, proactive, flexible, and self-driven
