Email Marketing Manager

Stay Group is an innovative Marketing company with a mission to help businesses acquire their target customers and create top-tier solutions in the iGaming and entertainment industry. We seek an experienced Email Marketing Managert.
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email campaigns designed to engage and retain users.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage communication templates across all available channels.
  • Monitor whether communications are working properly from a technical perspective.
  • Provide advice and guidance on communications on request.
  • Proactively participate in hypothesis testing related to communications.
  • Communicate with the creative team for better collaboration.
  • Collaborate with the lifecycle manager to ensure optimal communication effectiveness.
  • Create tasks for the design team and content managers, and ensure an acceptable level of quality of the content provided within these tasks.
  • Track the effectiveness of communications on a weekly or monthly basis: delivery rate, open rate, click-through rate, click-through rate, unsubscribe rate.
  • Ensure the growth of the subscriber base for all direct communications (here we mean % of confirmed emails, % of subscribers, % of engaged customers).
  • Ensure the lowest possible unsubscribe rate for all channels.
  • Take an active part in creating and testing hypotheses to increase the subscriber base

     

Requirements:

  • At least 1,5 years of experience in a similar role in iGaming.
  • Experience working with Customer.io is a must (Campaign, Broadcast, Segment creation).
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Good understanding of customer journey and lifecycle marketing.
