Product manager/Product Owner

We’re seeking a dynamic Product Owner to lead the evolution of our internal CRM/Back office system, specifically tailored for the fast-paced world of forex brokerage. This role is critical in bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring our CRM empowers sales, compliance, and client management teams with seamless, data-driven workflows.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Sales, Compliance, Liquidity, and Marketing) to gather requirements, prioritize features, and deliver a CRM that enhances client onboarding, retention, and regulatory efficiency. Responsibilities

1. Requirement Elicitation & Prioritization
- Work closely with stakeholders and SMEs (Sales and Business development team, Customer care, Product managers, IT, etc.) to gather, document, and prioritize CRM/Backoffice feature requests or initiate new feature development based on analyses and value-added approach.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Review a detailed documentation prepared by analytics and gather the SME and Stakeholders approvals if needed

2. CRM/Backoffice Functional Development
- Drive enhancements for forex-specific workflows:
- Client onboarding (KYC/AML integration, document uploads).
- Lead management (pipeline tracking, segmentation).
- Reporting (trade history, client tiering, ltrading and financial data, etc.).
- Financial transactions (payment system management, transaction reporting)
- Partnership (onboarding, reporting, relationship managemt, commission calculation, rebates, etc)
- Onboarding and Engagement features (bonuses, loyalty program, activities, etc.)
- Trading data integration 
- Optimize integrations with trading platforms (MT4/MT5), payment gateways, and compliance tools.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with IT, Security, and SMEs to align CRM features with business needs, regulatory framework and tech feasibility.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams to gather requirements, prioritize backlogs, and resolve bugs and issues

4. Roadmap & Backlog Management
- Maintain a prioritized product backlog based on business impact and ROI.
- Work within Scrum framework (daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) is a plus.

5. Performance & Adoption
- Balance short-term wins (e.g., quick UI fixes) with long-term strategy (e.g., AI-driven client insights).
- Monitor adoption metrics and iterate based on user feedback.
- Train end-users (sales, support) on new features.

 

Would be a plus:

Knowledge of forex brokerage operations (client lifecycle, liquidity providers).
Experience with regulatory tech (RegTech) or KYC automation.
