IT Recruiter Offline

We are looking for a goal-oriented and proactive recruiter with experience in full-cycle hiring across digital, tech, or marketing domains, who is eager to grow in the fast-paced iGaming industry.

Experience in gambling or traffic arbitrage is a plus, but not mandatory — we will provide full onboarding, industry-specific training, and all necessary support to help you succeed in this niche.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Actively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Telegram, professional communities, referrals, and niche channels.
• Building and maintaining a tailored candidate pipeline for each vacancy, ensuring high-quality communication at every stage.
• Collaborating closely with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
• Maintaining and updating the candidate database and CRM/ATS, preparing reports on pipeline status and vacancy progress.

Candidate Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment (in digital, IT, marketing, or related fields).
• Hands-on experience with alternative sourcing methods beyond traditional job boards.
• Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a high level of self-organization.
• Willingness to quickly immerse in a new industry and learn the specifics of the iGaming sector.
• Desire to impact results and actively participate in building and improving recruitment processes.
