Project Manager to $1200 Offline

Location: Remote (preferred time overlap with California afternoons; hybrid possible in Warsaw)

🧑‍💻 What You’ll Do

• Act as the main point of contact for clients: manage async chats, hop on calls, and lead status updates.
• Run daily standups with the delivery team and unblock developers.
• Perform manual testing of applications before they go live.
• Reproduce and document bugs with useful notes from Bubble. debugger/logs.
• Proactively flag risks, delays, and dependencies.
• Keep internal dashboards, task boards, and status docs organized.

• You think in systems, edge cases, and workflows.

• You care about product quality, not just tasks.
• You’re interested in startups, AI, and no-code tools.

🛠 Required Skills

• Experience with or strong understanding of project coordination.
• Comfortable with Notion, Asana, Slack, Figma, Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with Bubble.io or willingness to learn quickly.
• Strong command of English (C1 preferred).
• Technical curiosity and fast learner.
• Basic understanding of SaaS / CRM / startup jargon.
• Bonus: past experience working with software teams or client accounts.
