Jira Administrator

Our client is an international product-based IT company specializing in the iGaming industry. Born in 2014, they rocked the CIS region, and now take the success to the world. 


We are currently looking for a Jira Administrator.

 

📋 Key responsibilities and your contribution:

• Administration of Atlassian Jira and Confluence (Server/Data Center): project setup, workflow configuration, automation rules, and permission schemes
• Development and maintenance of automations using Jira Automation, ScriptRunner, and other plugins
• Integration of Jira with other IT systems via REST API and other methods
• Business process analysis and optimization using Jira and Confluence, implementation of improvements
• Execution of system administration tasks: user account management, monitoring and maintenance of corporate IT services and systems
• Ensuring data backup and recovery processes
• Network administration, Active Directory, file shares, corporate email systems, and other IT services
• Participation in information security practices and compliance with company IT policies
• Second-line technical support, user training, and consulting
• Maintenance of technical documentation

 

📚 Your qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in administering Atlassian Jira and Confluence
• Proficient in Jira Software and Jira Service Management
• Hands-on experience in configuring and maintaining Jira automation rules
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure: Active Directory, backup solutions, access management, and system administration
• Experience in administering Linux and Windows Server environments
• Familiarity with monitoring systems
• Solid understanding and practical experience with REST API (preferably with scripting skills or integration development experience)
• English at Intermediate level or higher (for reading technical documentation and communicating with support/vendors)
• Knowledge of ITIL methodology
