Sales / Account Executive Manager
MegaDev is an IT service provider specializing in digital transformation, enterprise management software solutions, AI and blockchain solutions implementation and maintenance. We're now looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our business development team.
Required skills:
- At least 3 years of experience in sales / key accounts management;
- At least 3 years of experience in networking and business communications with companies in NW Europe / DACH / Benelux / Nordics market regions;
- In-depth understanding of modern-day ERP/CRM solutions and the problems it solves for enterprise clients;
- Understanding of at least one specific widely used enterprise software solutions: SAP / Oracle Netsuite / Microsoft Dynamics / Salesforce etc.
- English: Upper-Intermediate
Responsibilities:
- Regular clients communications: mail, calls and live meetings;
- Sales operations, business demand investigation, service value proposition and expansion;
- Nearshoring IT service feedback processing and quality assurance;
- Service management optimization, internal team interactions.
Would be a plus:
Strong business network in IT and/or enterprise market sector with the contacts interested in IT services.
