Middle Salesforce administrator

We are looking for a talented Middle Salesforce Administrator with 2+ years of commercial experience to join our MagicFuse Team.

Requirements

•  2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
•  Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Validation Rules, Flows
•  At least an Intermediate Strong level of English

 Must Certifications:

• Salesforce Administrator
• Sales Cloud Consultant OR Service Cloud Consultant

Will be a plus

• Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification
• Experience Cloud Consultant Certification

Responsibilities

• Implement enhancements and customizations to Salesforce configurations
• Test and validate new configurations, customizations, and system updates to ensure quality and functionality align with business expectations
• Manage user profiles, roles, and permissions to ensure that appropriate access levels are maintained for different users
• Implement scalable automation solutions using Salesforce Flows and other declarative tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Collaborate with Dev team to implement complex solutions
• Provide hands-on support for advanced user inquiries, troubleshooting complex issues, and implementing corrective measures promptly

Work Schedule

Full-time working day, the full remote is available
