Senior / Team Lead FB Media Buyer

We're looking for an experienced Senior / Team Lead FB Media Buyer with a strong background in the iGaming to join our team. The role focuses on launching, optimizing, and scaling ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, targeting Middle East GEOs. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with creative testing, funnel optimization, and performance analytics, as well as a solid understanding of technical setups (trackers, apps, etc.). Team leadership experience and familiarity with additional traffic sources (UAC, PPC, networks) are considered a plus.
 

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Launch and optimize advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
• Continuously test creatives, funnels, and hypotheses to improve performance
• Scale and fine-tune campaigns to meet KPIs and business goals
• Analyze key performance metrics and prepare regular performance reports
• Collaborate with creative and technical teams for campaign setup and execution
• Technical skills (custom tracking, app setup, etc.) would be a strong advantage
• Lead and mentor a team of media buyers (Team Lead experience is a plus)
• Experience with other traffic sources (UAC, PPC, affiliate networks) is welcomed
   

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

• At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in iGaming / Gambling / Betting traffic
• Proven track record of scaling winning campaigns with monthly budgets over $100K
• Deep understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and Meta’s advertising policies
• Previous experience working with Middle East or MENA markets
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach to decision-making
• Self-motivated, independent, and results-oriented professional
