We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Head of Marketing to own our marketing end-to-end — from positioning and messaging to lead generation and sales support. You’re driven to make a tech company stand out globally and passionate about using content, data, and creativity to build a brand from the ground up. Let’s talk!

— 8+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in software development, IT consulting, or SaaS
— Proven experience with international marketing strategy and execution
— Strong skills in SEO, paid media (LinkedIn, Google, Bing), and web analytics (Google Analytics certified is a plus)
— Comfortable with technical content; experience in writing and collaborating with developers
— Excellent writing/editing skills with a clear, non-salesy style
— Proficient in SEO tools (e.g., Semrush)
— Solid team leadership: goal setting, performance tracking, team management
— Fluent English communication skills.

Be a plus: in lead generation and outbound support.

Your responsibilities:

— Develop and execute a marketing strategy aligned with UKAD’s growth goals
— Craft positioning and messaging around strengths in staff augmentation, .NET/Azure, CMS migration, and AI
— Oversee website performance, SEO (English + 4 local versions), and coordinate link-building efforts
— Lead a small marketing team (designer, content writer); manage tasks and timelines
— Track key metrics and implement data-driven improvements
— Drive content creation: service pages, blog, landing pages, and client case studies
— Manage reviews (Clutch, etc.) and launch targeted ads
— Grow LinkedIn presence.
