HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Creating visually appealing emails for trigger campaigns aimed at retaining existing customers.
  • Overseeing all aspects of trigger campaigns, from conceptualization to execution. This includes brainstorming campaign ideas, developing strategies, implementing campaign workflows, and making necessary adjustments based on performance metrics and feedback.
  • Configuring bonuses to encourage customer retention. This involves determining the type and value of bonuses, setting up bonus structures, and monitoring bonus utilization.
  • Developing comprehensive campaign plans focused on reactivation, enhancing player performance, and other retention objectives.
  • Implementing gamification elements to enhance customer engagement and loyalty. This involves configuring and managing mini-games, and tournaments within the gaming platform.
  • Conducting primary analysis of promo campaigns and their effectiveness.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

  • You'll have to have at least 1 year of experience in the iGaming field and be knowledgeable about the best retention practices;
  • We will expect you to possess a great deal of information about how to use different communication channels;
  • Your technical skills must be at an advanced level;
  • Your English level needs to be intermediate or higher;
  • We will count on your understanding and insights about the process of user segmentation and content personalization.
