What We Expect from You:

✅ Expert in Webflow — deep understanding of all Webflow features, interactions, and animations.

✅ Strong eye for design and detail — ability to match Figma designs pixel-perfectly.

✅ Good coding knowledge — experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for custom elements.

✅ Experience with complex Webflow projects — CMS collections, dynamic content, API integrations, etc.

✅ Problem solver — ability to troubleshoot and find solutions for complex layouts and interactions.

✅ Highly organized — ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

✅ English proficiency at a conversational level.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain pixel-perfect Webflow pages based on Figma designs.
• Develop responsive, high-quality web pages that function across all devices.
• Utilize Webflow’s full feature set, including animations, interactions, and scrolling effects.
• Work with custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to implement advanced functionality when needed.
• Optimize Webflow projects for performance, speed, and SEO best practices.

• Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure smooth project execution.
