We are looking for a Pre-sales Manager to join our team.

Regular on-site visits to our offices in Kyiv or Poltava are mandatory.

Previous experience in IT pre-sales is required.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Pre-sales Manager with a strong technical mindset and excellent communication skills. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between our clients and our technical teams by driving proposal development and supporting the early phases of project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze initial client requirements
• Collaborate with the Office of the CTO to prepare technical estimates
• Create detailed and client-friendly proposals
• Present proposals to clients and handle follow-up discussions
• Participate in Discovery phases to help shape project scope
• Ensure a smooth and structured handover to the Delivery team

Requirements

• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Solid technical understanding of software development life cycles
• Strong grasp of business processes across industries
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Previous experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or business analysis
