Accountant Manager

We are an outsourcing company partnering with innovative fintech and crypto businesses. This role is part of a client project . You’ll join a finance team, which responsible for providing full-cycle accountant service for project.


Responsibilities: 

Crypto & Payment Operations: Conduct payments via crypto wallets, corporate cards, and internal admin panel tools.

Financial Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate accrual-based accounting in software and internal reporting systems.

Invoice & Billing Operations: Process invoices and bills, manage billing cycles, and oversee collection processes.

AR/AP Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of accounts receivable and payable.

Budget Monitoring: Monitor adherence to financial plans and budgets, conduct variance analysis, and provide insights.

Payment Execution: Execute payment requests while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial reports.

Process Automation: Drive automation of accounting workflows and enhance internal reporting tools.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with external partners and internal teams to ensure financial alignment.

Requirements:
Experience: +2 year in IT/crypto accounting/finance.
Knowledge: Good understanding of the crypto industry.
English: At least an intermediate level of English.
Skills: Analytical skills, systematic approach, quick learning.

Software knowledge: Excel and BAS\1C\similar software.
