Trainee HR Generalist

Hello! We're currently looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Trainee HR Generalist who is passionate about people, culture, and learning. This is a great opportunity to dive into the world of HR in a tech environment and gain hands-on experience in various areas of human resources.

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting the HR team in daily tasks;
• Assisting in organizing internal events, meetings, and team-building activities;
• Participating in onboarding and adaptation processes;
• Contributing to the development of internal HR policies and communications;
• Helping with candidate sourcing and screening;
• Collaborating with recruiters and gaining insight into IT hiring processes.

Qualifications:

• Student or recent graduate in HR, Psychology, Management, or related field;
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR and Recruiting spheres;
• Basic understanding of the IT field and software development;
• Good communication and organizational skills;
• Familiarity with social media platforms and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn);
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and knowledge of ATS systems or CRM; 
• At least an Intermediate level of English (written and verbal).
