Middle DevOps Engineer for MarTech

We’re looking for a Middle DevOps Engineer to join our growing engineering team and help us build scalable, reliable infrastructure for our modern applications. You’ll work closely with developers, QA engineers, and product teams to automate processes, optimize delivery pipelines, and improve system reliability.
About your key responsibilities and impact:

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI);
• Managing cloud infrastructure (AWS) using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform);
• Setting up and maintaining containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes;
• Monitoring and improving application performance and uptime (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.);
• Automating provisioning, scaling, and disaster recovery;
• Collaborating with development teams to optimize deployments and workflows;
• Contributing to improving system security and compliance;
• Participating in on-call rotation.

Essential professional experience:

• At least Intermediate+ English level;
• 2+ years of experience as a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineer;
• Solid experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS);
• Hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments;
• Experience with CI/CD tools and infrastructure automation;
• Experience working with systemd and Linux system services;
• Working knowledge of monitoring and logging tools;
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Desirable skills and personal features:

• Experience with high-performance databases (e.g., ClickHouse);
• Familiarity with PHP application deployments and management;
• Hands-on experience with Go (Golang) for scripting or tooling;
• Experience with message brokers or streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka).

Tech Stack: AWS (EKS, EC2, RDS, S3, VPC, KMS), Git, Terraform, GitLab CI, Bash; Flux, Kustomize, Helm; secrets management (Vault); Prometheus/VictoriaMetrics + Grafana; relational & NoSQL databases (ClickHouse, Redis).
