About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a natural drive for leadership. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of projects, work closely with both clients and internal teams, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery. You will help set and uphold project standards, manage expectations, and push initiatives forward—even in ambiguous or fast-changing conditions.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end delivery of multiple client projects across various time zones
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams
- Lead sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Establish clear project goals, milestones, and deliverables
- Track progress, identify risks, and actively resolve blockers
- Ensure all team members are aligned, motivated, and accountable
- Champion best practices and continuously improve delivery processes
- Report on project status, KPIs, and team performance to leadership
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing software or digital product projects
- Excellent spoken and written English; strong interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership ability to drive results and maintain accountability
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.)
- Ability to manage remote, cross-functional teams in a global setting
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- A sense of ownership and dedication to high standards
Nice to Have
- Experience working in outsourcing or client service environments
- Background in software development or technical product management
- Certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM)
