Project Manager to $1000

About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a natural drive for leadership. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of projects, work closely with both clients and internal teams, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery. You will help set and uphold project standards, manage expectations, and push initiatives forward—even in ambiguous or fast-changing conditions.

 

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of multiple client projects across various time zones
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams
  • Lead sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Establish clear project goals, milestones, and deliverables
  • Track progress, identify risks, and actively resolve blockers
  • Ensure all team members are aligned, motivated, and accountable
  • Champion best practices and continuously improve delivery processes
  • Report on project status, KPIs, and team performance to leadership

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing software or digital product projects
  • Excellent spoken and written English; strong interpersonal skills
  • Proven leadership ability to drive results and maintain accountability
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.)
  • Ability to manage remote, cross-functional teams in a global setting
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
  • A sense of ownership and dedication to high standards

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in outsourcing or client service environments
  • Background in software development or technical product management
  • Certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM)
