Retention Manager / Head of CRM Offline

We’re looking for a Retention Manager / Head of CRM to lead player retention strategies for our online casino projects. If you understand player lifecycle, know how to build effective CRM flows, segment audiences, and optimize performance across email/push/in-app channels — let’s talk!

 

🛠 Responsibilities:

• Analyze player base activity, quality, aging, and trends.

• Build and maintain dynamic segmentation (LTV, behavior, risk of churn).

• Create and maintain full Customer Journey Maps (CJM).

• Set up and optimize CRM funnels: welcome, reactivation, win-back, VIP nurturing.

• Manage CRM channels: email, push, SMS, in-app messaging.

• Run A/B and multivariate tests on campaigns and flows.

• Track effectiveness per channel: open rate, click rate, retention, CRM ROI.

• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align offers and campaigns.

• Build regular reports, insights and dashboards.

 

📊 What we expect:

• Experience in CRM Customer.io (experience in Solitics, Smartico and others CRM appreciated).

• Understanding of retention metrics (D1, D7, LTV, ROI).

• Proficiency in segmentation, CJM, and lifecycle logic.

• Experience of working with SoftSwiss or Softgaming platforms.

• Skills in automation, triggers, and CRM flow management.

• Analytical mindset and tools (Excel, PowerBI, etc).
