UI/UX Designer (Healthcare and EdTech) Offline
We’re looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team and work on impactful digital products in the healthcare and education technology sectors.
You’ll be collaborating with a cross-functional team to design intuitive, accessible, and aesthetically pleasing user experiences for both mobile and web platforms. Our ideal candidate is someone who understands the nuances of designing for complex, user-sensitive domains like healthcare and education, and can bring clarity and simplicity to intricate user flows.
💻 Project
We’re currently working with a US-based digital health platform that focuses on improving care coordination and patient outcomes. The platform connects various stakeholders - from patients and care managers to physicians and families - through dashboards, mobile apps, and real-time communication tools.
The existing product prioritizes clean UX, modular components, and HIPAA-compliant design patterns. Your role would involve enhancing usability, reducing friction in multi-step workflows, and adapting designs to different user personas such as clinicians, caregivers, and patients.
✅ Responsibilities:
- Conduct UX research and transform insights into user-centric designs
- Design and prototype user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI
- Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Maintain and evolve design systems and UI libraries
- Apply accessibility, security, and compliance standards relevant to healthcare/EdTech
- Iterate designs based on user feedback and product metrics
🧩 Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design
- Strong portfolio with case studies from healthcare and/or EdTech projects
- Experience designing complex web/mobile applications
- Proficiency in Figma (plus: Adobe CC, ProtoPie, or similar tools)
- Strong understanding of usability heuristics and accessibility standards (WCAG, Section 508)
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Bonus: experience working with engineers in agile teams
