We are a fast-growing outsourcing/outstaff team working with international clients. We’re looking for a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to boost our presence on Upwork.

What You’ll Do

• Search for and qualify potential clients on Upwork
• Write tailored cover letters and engage prospects
• Keep lead statuses updated in our CRM/tracker
• (Optional) Join discovery calls with leads/clients if comfortable
• If desired, the candidate will be considered for the SDR position.

Requirements

• English B1 (Intermediate) or higher
• Understanding of sales pipelines and Upwork’s search/visibility mechanics
• Strong, concise writing skills
• Self-driven, organized, and eager to learn
