UI/UX Designer – Service Marketplace Platform Offline

Ticombo is expanding and opening new business directions. Now we want to build a platform that connects users with local service providers (cleaners, electricians, handymen, etc.) for the Scandinavian market from scratch. The product combines marketplace infrastructure with clear, contract-based workflows. You’ll own the end-to-end product design.

Responsibilities

• Design a whole desktop/mobile experience for both clients and workers
• Create modular UI components and a scalable design system
• Build a structured task builder from natural-language input
• Define UX for job scope, timing, materials, and acceptance criteria
• Design offer comparison, secure payment flow, and reputation UX

• Collaborate with product and engineering for flow logic and edge cases.

   

Requirements

• 5+ years in product/UI design
• Strong Figma skills (components, variants, prototypes)
• Experience designing for two-sided platforms or marketplaces
• Ability to turn vague input into structured, clear UX
• Portfolio with clean, functional B2C or tool-based design.
• Experience in designing products from scratch.
• Experience in designing service platforms is a plus.
