Darien Group is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team. This role focuses on creating sophisticated and functional designs with an emphasis on building impactful websites that elevate our clients' brands.

Your Impact:
- Design and develop websites that elevate our clients' brands and effectively communicate their value.
- Analyze research findings to translate them into wireframes, concepts, and high-fidelity website designs.
- Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI libraries to ensure consistency across projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering exceptional results on time.
- Collaborate closely with developers, providing design feedback and ensuring flawless implementation.
- Stay at the forefront of UI/UX trends and best practices, integrating them into your designs.
- Leverage your expertise to grow into a team leadership role, driving the creative vision of the team.
About You:
- 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio showcasing recent website projects.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Suite.
- Strong skills in translating complex ideas into practical, visually stunning designs.
- Exceptional attention to detail, especially when working with financial data.
- Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate or higher) to collaborate with US-based clients.
- Excellent time management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Focus on web projects
- Familiarity with design systems like Material, HIG, and others.
Would be an advantage
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Prior experience in the private equity or finance industries.
