Junior Upwork Bidder

We’re looking for a Junior Upwork Bidder to join our team and help us scale client acquisition efforts through Upwork. If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about digital marketing, this role is for you!
 

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify high-potential Upwork job postings that align with our services
• Write and submit compelling, tailored proposals based on provided templates and case studies
• Track and organize bids 
• Follow up with leads and support communication when needed
• Assist in qualifying leads before passing them to the sales team

• Continuously optimize proposal templates and outreach based on performance

   

Requirements:

• Excellent written English and attention to detail
• Basic understanding of digital marketing (Meta Ads,Google Ads, SEO, email marketing)
• Strong organizational skills and consistency in daily outreach
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
• Previous experience with Upwork or freelance platforms is a plus
