Lead Generator Specialist

We’re looking for a Lead Generator Specialist to join our team and support us with lead generation and content creation on LinkedIn📣 If you enjoy researching audiences, crafting content, and staying organised, this might be just the role for you!

✅ What we’re looking for:

  • Strong knowledge of IT outsourcing / outstaffing
  • 1+ year of experience in lead generation or a similar outreach-focused role
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for identifying and researching prospects
  • Confident use of outreach tools like Lemlist (or similar)
  • Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets
  • Minimum Upper Intermediate English level📍
  • Interest in creating content for LinkedIn (posts, articles)
     

Will be a plus:

  • Experience with AI tools/scrapers
  • Experience with LinkedIn content-making
  • Good understanding of ABM / Social Selling approach
  • Experience with Upwork or other freelance platforms
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or other related fields
     

🛠️ What you’ll be doing:

  • Generating leads and performing outreach via LinkedIn according to the ICP
  • Qualify leads and set up calls for the Sales team
  • Collaborate with the sales team to implement effective lead-generation strategies
  • Performing different research tasks on request
  • Create and publish posts or articles on LinkedIn to boost visibility and engagement. The content typically focuses on software development insights and practical tips for tech-savvy audiences
  • Managing and updating lead pipelines in CRM systems
