What's important to us:
- At least 3 years of experience in paid traffic management
- Experience in the online gambling industry
- Deep understanding of various traffic acquisition channels (PPC, social networks, affiliate programs)
- Experience working with large advertising budgets and proven ability to deliver high ROI
- Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.)
- Experience with bid management and campaign optimization systems
- Knowledge of A/B testing principles and experience in applying them in acquisition campaigns
What you'll do:
- Leadership and development of the traffic acquisition team, ensuring high performance and professional growth
- Development and implementation of a comprehensive traffic acquisition strategy tailored to the project
- Management and optimization of all paid acquisition channels, including PPC, display advertising, social media, and affiliate programs
- Planning and execution of user acquisition campaigns with a focus on cryptocurrency-oriented audiences
- Continuous optimization of acquisition channels through data analysis and A/B testing
- Budget management for traffic acquisition, ensuring maximum ROI
- Collaboration with product, analytics, and retention teams to align acquisition and retention strategies
