Role Overview

We seek a Junior Operations Manager to handle client requests, oversee order processing, and coordinate logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage client requests and inquiries.
• Oversee order processing and invoicing.
• Coordinate logistics and shipments.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and task tracking.

• Ensure timely and efficient process execution.

   

Requirements

• English proficiency (Intermediate+)
• Location: Kyiv, Ukraine (must)
• 1+ years of experience in operations, trade, or customer support.
• Tech-savvy: Google Workspace, MS Office, HubSpot, Confluence, Notion, Clickup.
• Strong organizational & multi-tasking skills
• Excellent communication & problem-solving abilities
