Head of Media Buying (CPA network, dating)

We are looking for an experienced Head of Media Buying to become a key figure in the development of our strategically important media buying direction. The main goal is to ensure steady growth in traffic volume with quality that meets both current and future business needs. You will manage a team of 5 buyers, establish efficient processes, and implement strategies to strengthen the company’s position in the market.

Key responsibilities:

• Set goals and monitor KPIs related to revenue and profitability.
• Identify growth opportunities for team members, support their development, and oversee campaign launches and related metrics/processes.

• Develop departmental strategies, act as a business stakeholder for product and new features, and synchronize efforts with other teams.

   

Success criteria:

• Growth in the department’s revenue and profitability.
• Increased LTV of launched campaigns.
• Achievement of individual goals by each buyer.
• Continuous market and partner knowledge updates.

• Securing favorable terms with traffic sources.

   

Requirements:

• 2+ year of experience managing teams.
• Experience in traffic acquisition within the CPA niche in dating, adult, sweepstakes, webcam, utilities, or VPN verticals. 
• Experience working with Pop, Native, Push, Banner types of traffic.
• Ability to identify new traffic sources and assess their potential.
• Strong self-organization and leadership skills.
• Well-developed critical thinking and a proactive work approach.
• Team motivation and constructive feedback skills.
• Flexibility and ability to find compromises.

• Experience in setting up processes and driving change.
