System Analyst

About the Role: 

We are looking for a motivated System Analyst to join our growing product team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Product Owner and Development Team to transform high-level product epics into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. You will play a key role in mapping data flows, identifying edge cases, understanding dependencies, and validating solutions with stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment across all functions. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Translate product epics and high-level requirements into detailed, development-ready user stories. 
• Define and document acceptance criteria for features and improvements. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements and eliminate ambiguities. 
• Map data flows and identify edge cases and system dependencies. 

• Communicate effectively with the development department to ensure smooth implementation.

   

Must-Have Qualifications: 

• 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst in a software development environment. 
• Proficiency in requirements-modelling techniques (e.g., user story mapping). 
• High technical literacy and understanding of software systems. 
• Excellent communication skills in English—both written and spoken. 
• Experience in leading grooming sessions and documenting key decisions.

Nice-to-Have:

• Industry experience in restaurant, retail, or POS platforms.
