What you will do:
- Full-cycle UI/UX design for mobile products (Android & Mobile Web): requirements gathering, creating interactive prototypes in Figma, and maintaining the design system.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and analysts to develop and validate product hypotheses.
- Conduct user interviews and usability tests to uncover needs and improve UX.
- Prepare technical specifications and assets for development; support design implementation.
- Monitor current mobile design trends and implement best practices.
What do you need to join us:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial mobile-app projects (Android and/or iOS).
- Deep understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive/adaptive design.
- Ability to create and optimize user flows and information architecture.
- Proficiency in Figma (prototypes, design systems, responsive layouts).
- Strong familiarity with Android Material Design and iOS Human Interface Guidelines.
- Experience preparing technical documentation and handing off designs to developers.
- Working knowledge of component libraries and design systems.
- English at Intermediate+ level for reading documentation and conducting user interviews.
- Basic understanding of analytics data to inform UX decisions.
- Proactive, responsible, and eager to actively influence product development.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
- Alignment with the values of our team.
What do we offer:
- Work within an ambitious team on a socially impactful education product.
- An office with a reliable shelter, generators, satellite internet, and other amenities.
- Access to our corporate knowledge base and professional communities.
- Personal development plan.
- Compensation for English language learning, external training, and courses.
- Medical insurance and full sick leave compensation.
- Company doctor and massage in the office.
- Sports activities: running, yoga, boxing, and more.
