Sales Team Lead(Upwork)

What you'll be working on:
π― Lead qualification & negotiations β No fluff, just deals.
π Hitting (and exceeding) KPIs β Because sales without numbers are just networking.
π€ Managing the lead generation team β Keeping them efficient, focused, and bringing in quality leads.
π Optimizing pre-sale materials β If it doesnβt help close deals, it goes.
π Tracking sales activities β Because data beats gut feeling every time.
π‘ Tuning sales strategies based on real metrics β Adapt, improve, repeat.
Experience that will help you to do the job:
- Proven success in Upwork sales β Youβve done it, and you know how to win deals.
- Deep understanding of the Upwork sales funnel β You know the rules, the tricks, and how to play the game.
- 3+ years of experience as an IT Sales Manager β At least 3 years in B2B sales, preferably in outsourcing/outstaffing.
- Strong negotiation skills with clients β You donβt just talk, you close.
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher β Written and spoken, because clear communication wins deals.
- Understanding of mobile & web development, AI
- Sales techniques & objection handling β You know how to turn a "no" into a "letβs talk."
A passion for sales, a results-driven mindset, attention to detail, and a strong desire to make money β Because thatβs what top performers do.
Experience that will be a plus:
- Creative makings for creating pre-sale materials in Canva
- Proficiency in any task management tool like Asana, Trello, etc.
- Hands-on experience with ChatGPT
Experience of outbound sales on LinkedIn
