External Communications Manager Offline

PIN-UP Global is an international holding specializing in the development and implementation of advanced technologies, B2B solutions and innovative products for the iGaming industry. We provide certification and licensing of our products, providing customers and partners of the holding with high-quality and reliable solutions.

We are looking for an External Communications Manager to join our team!

Requirements:
- Proven experience (2+ years) in the iGaming industry, specifically within the affiliate vertical (CPA networks, operator affiliate programs, platforms);

- Deep understanding of the affiliate landscape: key players, communication channels, and webmaster interaction mechanics;

- Familiarity with CPA, CPL, and CPI models, and the unique challenges of promoting iGaming products;

- Hands-on experience communicating with industry media, affiliate networks, platforms, and event organizers especially in the CIS region International exposure is a plus;

- Strong skills in content creation from news and articles to interviews and thought leadership;

- Experience working with speakers: preparing them for public appearances, webinars, and interviews;

- Comfortable working with English-language materials and international publications;

- Ability to present ideas clearly, create communication plans, and report effectively;

- Quick-thinking and able to process large volumes of information efficiently;

- Respect for confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information;

- A higher education degree is required. A background in Journalism, PR, or Marketing will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the external communications strategy, ensuring consistent positioning of the brand across international markets;

- Generate and promote information hooks relevant to the global market identify timely, impactful topics that support the company’s visibility and thought leadership;

- Plan and execute communication and PR campaigns, aligning with strategic goals and product milestones;

- Create high-quality content for media placements: press releases, news articles, opinion columns, special features;

- Build and maintain a network of key media contacts and partner channels to ensure strong and targeted media presence;

- Coordinate directly with international media to arrange publications, interviews, and expert commentary opportunities;

- Prepare and support company spokespeople, including internal ambassadors, for interviews, public speaking engagements, and conference panels;

- Support company participation in international events prepare communication materials, guide speakers, and manage PR presence on-site;

- Monitor media coverage, track mentions and public sentiment, conduct competitor analysis, and deliver regular performance reports;

- Collaborate with internal teams across the holding to collect key updates and ensure aligned cross-team communication;

- Present and defend communication plans and reports to leadership, showing clear strategy, goals, and outcomes.
